We are an efficient and future-oriented social security service provider with more than 3,600 employees. As a regional agency of the German Pension Insurance, we are responsible for the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria, and Upper Palatinate. At our locations in Landshut and Munich, we are a competent and reliable point of contact for around 2.9 million insured persons, employers, and 1 million pensioners.
To strengthen our IT department, which currently has around 175 employees, we are looking for an IT knowledge manager (m / f / d) to join our team in Landshut or Munich with immediate effect.
Your tasks :
- IT knowledge management (development of guidelines and instructions; design, maintenance, and control of knowledge processes and knowledge databases)
- IT project management for projects related to IT knowledge management
- Migration planning and implementation as well as service transition in the context of the further development and introduction of new IT services
Your profile :
Successfully completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, information science or a comparable IT-related degree program or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT training with several years of relevant experience)Alternatively, several years of relevant experience as an IT knowledge manager (if the requirements are met on the basis of several years of relevant professional experience without a relevant university degree, the classification will be one pay grade lower).Practical experience in IT knowledge management, ideally in dealing with knowledge databases, documentation or collaboration tools.Experience in IT project management and in the control and further development of IT processesVery good analytical, logical, structured, and conceptual thinking skillsIndependent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to workStrong communication, presentation, and moderation skillsAssertiveness and conflict management skills as well as a confident, engaging, and convincing mannerWe offer :
