Role & responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, and forecasting.Analyze financial metrics and business drivers to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks and opportunities, and develop margin improvement plans.Review financial data, address exceptions, and ensure timely resolution.Lead the revenue close process, deal tracking, and prepare financial reports and presentations for business reviews.Contribute to budget development, handle revenue and expense simulations, and track sales performance.Drive process standardization and automation projects to enhance efficiency.Candidate requirements :
6+ years of overall experience in financial operationsExperience in manufacturing background is mandatoryExperience in managing the day to day finances in a factoryStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations.Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal.Basic German proficiency is mandatoryShould be a qualified CA / MBA from a Tier-1 institute.Selection process :
