Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and continuously improve service quality.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Assist clients during the onboarding process, providing them with information about our services and resources.
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling client concerns.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural team environment.
