Senior Software Developer Java Backend (m / f / d)

Join our SCADA / IIoT software development team at Nordex – where we build the software backbone of modern wind turbines. As part of a cross-functional and international team, you’ll contribute to the evolution of our industrial IoT solutions and ensure the seamless operation of wind farms worldwide.

YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop and maintain highly available Java Spring Boot microservices in the industrial IoT (IIoT) environment of wind turbines
• Collaborate closely with product managers, system and software architects, and other stakeholders to analyze and evaluate requirements
• Drive the ongoing development of our internal product platform for monitoring and controlling next-generation wind turbines
• Integrate new IIoT devices and communication protocols into the software solution
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and promote clean code and best practices
