Location : Germany

Overview : Join a leading organisation in the building materials industry, specialising in innovative flat pitched roofing systems. We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive our growth and strengthen market presence across Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with product development for tailored solutions
Oversee market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications :

5+ experience in a senior sales leadership role

Strong knowledge of flat pitched roofing materials and market trends

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team

Fluency in German and English required
