Requirements
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable commercial / technical education Initial professional experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the B2B sector or in the automotive sector
- High affinity for technical products and the ability to present complex solutions in an understandable way
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness as well as negotiating skills
- Customer orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people
- Initiative and independent working style
- High goal and completion orientation and will to succeed
- Team player with the ability to work across departments
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High willingness to travel to provide intensive support to our customers at home and abroad
Tasks & Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team in acquiring new customers, identifying new business opportunities and looking after existing customers. Independently carrying out market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.Preparing and carrying out product presentations and attending trade fairs and events.Supporting the sales team in preparing offers and processing orders and in close coordination with all departments involved, such as product management and technical departments.Project management : You coordinate internal processes and support the development of customer-specific solutions.Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships and negotiating contract terms.Core Benefits
