Tasks

  • You manage the entire recruitment process for our global locations with a focus on French and Englishspeaking regions.
  • You develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent through active sourcing and innovative recruiting channels.
  • You proactively reach out to potential candidates via professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn) with a personalized and engaging approach.
  • You will conduct interviews sell candidates on our amazing company culture and ensure theyre excited about their next career step at Hornetsecurity.
  • You continuously explore new innovative recruitment and HR marketing strategies to attract the best talent.
  • You analyze and track recruitment performance refining strategies to optimize results.
  • You support HR projects including onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • You are a networker who loves connecting with people and building relationships.
  • You have experience in recruiting or HR Awesome! If not your passion and drive are what truly matter to us.
  • You are an exceptional communicator able to confidently engage with top talent and get them excited about joining our team.
  • You are highly selfmotivated and resultsdriven thriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • You have a strong affinity for social media and know how to leverage digital platforms to attract candidates.
  • You are fluent in both French & English written and spoken (German is a plus but not required).
  • You are highly selforganized flexible and can manage multiple tasks effortlessly even in timesensitive situations.
  • You are a team player with a getitdone mindset always ready to step up take initiative and drive success.
