For our tech team we are looking for a Software Developer (f / m / d) with a strong focus on AI who is going to support our team build an AI-powered IT service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with both engineering and product teams to integrate our AI-powered platform into customer-facing tools and user-centric solutions balancing speed with quality.

What you can expect in this role

• Design build and optimize AI models that drive automation and smarter decision-making for IT operations.
• Develop and integrate APIs for AI agents and backend systems ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques to improve model accuracy performance and scalability.
• Make key technical decisions on model architecture training infrastructure and AI best practices.
