Senior Embedded Engineer - Low Level Software for the Automotive industry
As a Senior Embedded Engineer you will be responsible for driving forward projects for high-performance and innovative software solutions in the Automotive industry specifically for the future of mobility in autonomous driving.
We are seeking experienced and motivated Embedded Engineers with programming knowledge of C++ and experience with classic AUTOSAR.
You will have the opportunity to work on a new project, in start-up phase, where you will be developing the software platform that will be included in one of the world leading manufacturers next-generation of vehicles.
This will include working in on topics such as architecture, concept, data structures, controllers and much more. The team can also offer excellent long-term career progression, whilst continuing to provide complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities & Skills needed for this opportunity :
- Excellent knowledge of C++ & Low Level programming.
- Prior working experience with automotive projects or Low-Level C++ projects including classic AUTOSAR.
- Strong understanding of Clean code, design patterns, and ability to problem solve. Writing code from scratch and work on OOP / OOD is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of RTOS and CPU architectures like ARM or Tricore required.
- Experience with bus systems (e. g. Ethernet, CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI) required.
- Any prior working experience with Linux Operating Systems or Kernel is a plus. Platform experience is preferred to application layer.
