PLC Programmer (SPS-Programmierer) Introduction An

a skilled PLC Programmer to join their team. This is a full-time,
on-site position with the flexibility to be based in either Viersen
or Lichtenwald, Germany . The role is focused on developing and
implementing control software for complex automated systems,
ensuring high performance and reliability for global industrial
clients. Your Role Software Development : Design, program, and
implement PLC (SPS) software for industrial machines and production
lines using platforms like Siemens TIA Portal or TwinCAT. HMI
Design : Create and optimize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA
systems for intuitive machine operation. Commissioning : Oversee the
commissioning of systems both in-house and at international client
sites, ensuring smooth integration. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and
resolve software-related errors and provide technical support
during the ramp-up phase. Technical Documentation : Create
comprehensive functional descriptions, software documentation, and
user manuals. Collaboration : Work closely with the mechanical
engineering and electrical design teams to ensure a cohesive final
product. Your Qualifications Education : Degree in Electrical
Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or a completed
technical training as a State-Certified Technician. Experience :
Proven experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens
S7 / TIA Portal, Beckhoff, or similar industrial standards. Technical
Skills : Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet,
EtherCAT) and drive technology (Servo motors). Language Skills :
Fluent in German (at least B2 / C1) and a good command of English for
international technical communication. Mobility : Willingness to
travel occasionally for on-site commissioning and service at
