Project Planner

Project Planner - Biologics - Düsseldorf - 3-Year Contract

Quanta are supporting a huge capital investment project in Germany.

This Global Biologics Client are currently building their capital projects team and require a Project Planner with previous Greenfield or Brownfield Facility Build Experience to support their new venture.

We are interested in speaking with Senior Consultants looking for a long-term assignment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Providing oversight of the current project portfolio to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
• Providing project planning (scheduling) support to the project team.
• Manage the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedules are developed.
• Assuring that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting and control.
• Ensuring that project schedules conform to the Change Control Process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change orders.
• Ensure that standard Project Planning requirements are met, understood and embedded from both Contractors and Sub-Contractors into the project systems.
• Producing planning reports for input into the monthly reporting process.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in planning of large CAPEX projects (such as Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical) in multi-discipline teams.
• Planning responsibility through lifecycle covering Detailed design, Construction to handover.
• Extensive knowledge of the software tool P6 and MS Project.
• Pharma / Bio experience supporting capital projects
