Requirements :

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in computer science or a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent qualifications
• Profound knowledge in network infrastructure, particularly based on Cisco
• Good understanding of switching, routing, and firewall systems, especially in Palo Alto
• Advanced knowledge of network-related services (DNS, DHCP)
• Experience in monitoring network infrastructure
• Initial experience in troubleshooting hardware systems
• Communication and teamwork skills, customer orientation, structured and solution-oriented approach, and self-organization

Responsibilities :

Installation and administration of network components Cisco, Brocade, InfoBlox

Active control, monitoring, and installation of firewall systems (PaloAlto)

Support, monitoring, and optimization of network-related services (DNS, DHCP), L7 firewall concept, and the Cisco ACI environment

Monitoring and troubleshooting hardware systems

Advancing automation including SDN, microsegmentation, VM-Ware

Analyzing and improving operational processes within the infrastructure
