What you'll do

Your job will be to support us in our daily work :

• Update and create user assistance for SAP S / 4HANA Cloud in English
• Update and create (interactive) PowerPoint graphics
• Create quick demos
• Update Wiki pages

To be able to carry out these tasks, you will attend training courses, receive training on the job, and be supported by us.

The longer you are part of our team, the more challenging the tasks will be and the more you will contribute to the success of our team.

What you bring

• Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study : Technical Writing, Translation, English, Media Management, or Business Administration
• Computer skills : MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
• Language skills : Very good command of English
• Soft skills : Communicative team player, highly committed and proactive, independent, precise, and well-structured way of working

Meet your team

You will join a supportive team in Public Cloud ERP consisting of technical writers from different cultural backgrounds and based in different locations.

We create user assistance deliverables that help users to configure and work with SAP S / 4HANA Cloud. This includes What’s New information, UI texts, in-app help, graphics, how-to videos, and SAP Community blog posts.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
