Job Description
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR Europe Retail team, to support the Retail teams in Germany and Switzerland.
Reporting to the HR Manager Retail Europe, and with the support of an HR team and Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing HR activities for your Retail teams in Northern Europe.
You will work closely with retail operations to develop and deliver effective HR solutions that support the company's strategy.
RECRUITMENT / ONBOARDING
- Support, recruit and retain talent through effective recruitment practices, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. (Job offers, recruitment tools, first contact with candidates...)
- Conduct interviews for retail managers and support area managers in the recruitment process.
- Organize the integration of new managers, pass on the appropriate integration documents and keep a training log.
- Monitor and follow up the integration of new employees.
BUSINESS PARTNER
Support retail managers.Manage disciplinary procedures, applying local legal rules.Conduct and supervise exit interviews.Ensure that human resources operating procedures comply with best practice.TALENT MANAGEMENT
Manage careers and internal mobility.Manage and monitor the training plan for employees and support the retail manager in organizing internal training sessions.Plan, assist and collect annual development appraisals ( EAD).ADMINISTRATIVE
Be the main point of contact for HR matters for our sales teams.Oversee the integration of new employees.Follow up on new arrivals, probationary period processes, departures, etc. and provide support to store managers.Ensure that administrative procedures are followed (leave, illness, change of contract, etc.).Supervise schedules in collaboration with retail management : validate forecast schedules and budgets, anticipate recruitment needs at key times of the year.Tracking hours worked, monitoring and analyzing HR KPIs (FTEs, personnel costs).PAYROLL
Be the main point of contact for employee inquiries.Set up and monitor monthly reports.Assist Store Managers and Area Managers in the use of the working time management system.Qualifications
You have two or more years' experience in human resources.
You effectively manage initiatives / projects in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
Flexible and adaptable, you are dynamic and resilient in carrying out your mission.
You have a keen sense of customer service.
You are able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
You are proactive, pragmatic and motivated. Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Able to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels.
A high level of German and English is required for the position. Fluency in French would be appreciated.
