Review and assess online content videos complaints and legal notices related to copyright issues.
Perform audits and update content on a major social media platform.
Ensure customer service meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides exceptional experiences.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance ensuring data protection at all times.
Handle customer queries professionally keeping a positive and patient attitude even in challenging situations.

What Were Looking For :

Fluent German (C2) and English (B2) .

Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating digital tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills .

Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to adapt quickly and stay flexible in a dynamic role.

Professionalism patience and a customerfirst mindset.

Previous customer service experience is a plus along with an associate degree in a related field.
