StellenbeschreibungHandle testing requests from various business partners Execute all kinds of physical material, component and finished good tests within the given timelines and according to the latest testing standards Evaluate, track and analyze test results and write reports, summaries and presentations Translate test results into recommendations for material, component and product development and communicate this to respective counterparts Ensure proper data management in the respective systems in time and accurate format Plan and coordinate Round Robin Tests Handle sample process from request to storage Support device purchasing process Maintain Testing facilities and devices Train and coach colleagues and employees of other departments on lab testing related topics Consult T1’s in Europe on Lab setup and lab related topics Support T1 Lab’s regarding implementation of new testing methodologies, standards and requirements Advanced Creation Testing & Quality (horizontal teams) and other Advanced Creation functions (Materials, Technologies, Innovation Management) Innovation Team (pre season)Athlete Services Product Operations and Business Units (in-season) External labs Key equipment suppliers Expert knowledge of testing standards and processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English 4 year College / University degree in Engineering or relevant field First practical experience such as internship or working student in research center or associated field preferred (e.g. laboratory or manufacturing) Alternatively : 3.5 year apprenticeship as Textile Laboratory Assistant (Textillaborant), Shoemaker or relevant field with min. 3 years of relevant work experience
As Assistant Manager Laboratory Testingexecuting and evaluating physical material, component and finished good tests, and translating the results into recommendations for material, component and product development.
