Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.

Your tasks

You should be passionate about leveraging data to drive sales performance and business intelligence. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to enable strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making frameworks. Key responsibilities include :

• Analyze and interpret sales data to evaluate performance metrics and identify trends that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain performance management models tailored to support sales strategies and growth initiatives.
• Enhance CRM adoption and quality metrics through continuous analysis and model refinement.
• Create, maintain, and improve automated reporting solutions for sales performance and business intelligence using tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with the data team to integrate and leverage processes in Azure Databricks for advanced analytic solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline reporting and drive actionable insights.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in sales data to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Cleanse, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and quality for reporting purposes.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics effectively.
• Work with management and stakeholders to prioritize business needs, ensuring timely and impactful data-driven insights.
