IT Manager (m / f / d) for system administration and user support

Your tasks :

Ensuring the functionality and availability of IT-supported company processes
Administration, support and further development of our Microsoft-based server landscape (VMware cluster)
Installation, configuration and support of Windows clients as well as network administration
Competent user support : problem analysis and development of sustainable solutions
System updates, monitoring and
inventory
Development and implementation of new IT solutions
User and access rights management in company-wide applications
Creation of clear and comprehensible documentation
Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers

Your profile :

Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification

Sound professional experience in the IT administration of current server and client systems (software and hardware)

Broad IT know-how and the ability to work independently

Strong communication skills and a pronounced service awareness
