We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service Department as a Service Operation Intern in Munich. Curious about what this role entails Lets dive in :

• Support administrative operations at our Service Center including document handling and scheduling.
• Assist with workflow and process entries in internal systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle training-related billing processes including invoice preparation and tracking.
• Organize and maintain training contracts with proper documentation and version control.
• Provide general operational support to empower our engineers and clients.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of our Technical Training System.
