  • As payment operations specialist you are responsible for the management of the endtoend payment process including daily payment execution validation and reconciliation.
  • You monitor and resolve payment issues to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Furthermore you support the onboarding of new banks and accounts to ensure smooth integration into existing payment processes.
  • You identify implement and drive efficiency improvements in payment workflows.
  • In addition you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • You provide reporting and analysis on payment metrics and operational performance.

    • Qualifications :

    • Education : Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration Finance or a comparable qualification
    • Work Experience and Knowledge : several years of experience in treasury or finance preferably in an international environment; sound experience in payment operations cash management or banking operations in a corporate environment; familiarity with ERP systems and treasury applications especially core Treasury Management Systems (preferably FIS Integrity & Trax); proficiency in handling bank connectivity and troubleshooting payment issues; strong knowledge of global payment systems and formats
    • Personality and Working Practice : strong communicator strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent reliable process and performanceorientated analytical as well as structured working method
    • Languages : excellent written and spoken English and German language skills other language skills beneficial
