Responsible for the creation and administration of payroll for both headquarters and operations;
Creation of information, certification, and reporting obligations, for social security, tax office and other authorities;
Contact person for employees and managers for payroll-related questions;
Continuous optimization of payroll processes and tools as well as participation in the creation of reports and personnel statistics;
Clarification and processing of issues relating to maternity protection, parental leave, garnishments and company pension schemes as well as special SV cases.
Qualifications
A degree in accounting, payroll, or HR;
2-3 years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-growing company;
Profound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
Previous experience using German billing software (ideally SAP) is desirable;
Independent way of working as well as reliability, sense of responsibility and high focus on service;
Native-level written and spoken German knowledge, good written and spoken English knowledge.
