A day in the life :
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Act as the interface between the customer and the company, providing high-quality customer service through phone and written communication
- Process incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Efficiently and professionally handle customer complaints
- Assess and fulfill individual customer needs within our tailored customer service
- Participate in European-wide projects and collaborate with other departments to offer our customers world-class service
As part of a team, you will receive thorough training in your responsibilities and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.
The keys to success :
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification or experience
- Ability to identify and solve problems, and multitask under pressure
- Independence in daily work and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, good knowledge of French is a plus
