BDO in Luxembourg is looking for an Information & Documentation / Knowledge Management Trainee (m / f) for a period of 3 to 6 months!

You will work in close collaboration with the Knowledge Manager and assist her in the development and promotion of our Knowledge Center.

In your role, you will :

  • Digitise and integrate documentary resources into our current Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Engage in daily information monitoring and sharing
  • Contribute to the project aimed at upgrading our KMS tool
  • Support the implementation of initiatives to promote our resources
  • Oversee the acquisition and management of new books, periodicals, and databases.

Your profile :

  • You are taking courses to become Documentalist / Information & Documentation officer / Record officer
  • You are looking for an internship;
  • You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
  • You have a good computer skills :  Microsoft365 (SharePoint specifically), KMS softwares (e.g Kentika)
  • You are fluent in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are an asset.
