Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Airside Project Coordinator.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasksImplementing, coordinating and monitoring airside projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the Airside Project Manager :including managing and controlling costs, deadlines and their proper executionincluding the implementation of the evolution of existing processes, management and approval of obstacles, parking and movement of aircraft and exploitation of available spaces on the platformCoordinating, controlling and validating airside work approval processes including manoeuvring areaEnsuring :The context of the work, airside safety rules, procedures and documents are clearly defined, documented, communicated to the various partners and up-to-dateThe drafting of “safety flash” in connection with the work to be published to users of the platformPreparing and facilitating weekly meetings (AS WEEKLY) & ensuring the administrative follow-up of monthly work coordination meetings (AWOC)Interacting with internal (technical, security, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (handlers, ANSP, PCH, etc.) on topics related to work, changes to the airside and operational impacts of projects / worksConducting studies, and performing simulations (AviPlan / Autocad) of "jetblast", "wingtip clearance", "aircraft positioning"Participating in the “safety assessments” in relation to Airside projects and worksEnsuring the positioning manual is always up to dateProviding training in the event of changes to rules and regulationsYour other missionsIf absent, replacing the APM on subjects related to airside projects and worksParticipating in the integration of new employeesParticipating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behaviorThe required profile
Studies / training
Minimum 3 years after BAC (licence degree), training in the field of aeronautics
Ex : Air transport management, Safety management, Aeronautical operations...
Or equivalent experience in a similar position
Experience
If basic aeronautical training : a first experience in the airport field is a plusIf no basic aeronautical training : 2 years in the airport fieldSkills and knowledge required
