Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties :
- Deal-Captain (with own responsibility) for a diverse sophisticated portfolio of syndicated / large scale bilateral loans from offer / start to closing until final maturity date.This includes project financings, leveraged transactions, stand-by facilitites, acquisition financings restructurings, workouts etc. for multinational clients based in EMEA, Dutch & German Large & Midcaps
- Regular interaction and pro-active management of internal stakeholders and market counterparties
- Review, comment and negotiate legal documents (loan agreements, security agreements etc)
- Coordination and collection of all internal approvals for new deals / lifecycle events (e.g. Legal, Credit Risk Management, Compliance, KYC etc)
- Manage all lifecycle events during the lifetime of a loan (amendments, waivers, extensions, increases etc.)
- Deliver key information to support external auditor in preparation of annual financial statements
- Support Senior Management in local & global projects

Education requirements :
University degree in business administration / economics or comparable working experience
Work experience requirements
Minimum 6 years experience in a comparable role in the banking sector
Knowledge / Technical Skills (Hard Skills) :
Excellent analytical and organizational skillsSound advisory capabilities to best manage external and internal clients’ requirementsVery strong proofreading skills of legal credit documents, professional negotiation skillsDeep experience in the international syndicated loans market with broad and deep product knowledgeStrong leadership skills and experience in a team management roleProfound MS Office experience, Loan IQ knowledgePersonal Skills (Soft Skills) :
