About the Role:

Planet is seeking a Security Compliance Analyst to join our Security team in a mid-level role focused on building and maintaining our compliance program across multiple frameworks. This position will be collaborating closely with Security Operations IT Sales and Legal teams to ensure our security posture.

This is a full-time hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.

Impact Youll Own:

• Assist in building maintaining and continuously improving compliance programs across corporate product and manufacturing for ISO 27001 CMMC NIS-2 and Cyber Essentials frameworks
• Conduct internal gap assessments to identify compliance deficiencies and track remediation efforts
• Gather and organize evidence of control implementation across compliance frameworks
• Develop compliance documentation and diagrams in collaboration with technical stakeholders
• Translate complex compliance requirements into actionable guidance for technical teams
• Prepare compliance reports and metrics for leadership review
• Conduct risk assessments of third-party vendors
• Collaborate with Sales to answer customer questionnaires and build trust and assurance of our security posture
• Proactively identify compliance risks and weaknesses to strengthen Planets compliance program

What You Bring:

• 6 years of Governance Risk and Compliance experience
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Advanced understanding of information security principles practices and technologies
• Advanced knowledge of compliance frameworks regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience working on audits on behalf of a company or auditing a company
• Experience building integrations and automations to streamline processes
• Experience building and fostering security compliance relationships both internally and externally
• Experience working on ISO 9001 and quality management systems
