PULPO WMS is the most innovative, easiest and fastest warehouse management system in the market, focused on the eCommerce and fulfillment market.
Its excellent usability, easy scalability and integration possibilities excite our customers.
We are looking for sales experts who want to grow and scale with us - focused on DACH region and select European markets.
Tasks & Mindset
Scale the business : You have a strong growth mindset and proactively drive scaling the business. You set the bar to exceed expectations.
Inspire customers : You inspire and excite our customers with your outstanding customer success mindset.
Master the sales process : You are diligent and eager to close deals, managing the entire sales cycle and deal flow end-to-end.
Communication & language : You are a communicator, fluent in English and in German.
Leverage tech : You are tech-savvy and make optimal use of CRM and other sales tools.
Experience
Successful seller : You have a strong track record in successfully closing deals in software or SaaS, at least over the last 3-5 years.
Entrepreneurial mindset : You run sales like it was your own company. You are able to quickly learn and adapt.
Empathic listener : Through your empathy and listening skills, you not only identify and understand the customer’s needs, you anticipate these and proactively suggest solutions.
This creates a frictionless experience for your customer.
Open communicator : You communicate positively and are able to adapt the conversation to various conversation partners.
Getting things done : You work proactively, independently and know how to prioritize your tasks. KPIs motivate you and you strive to become better every day.
Industry expertise : Experience in the areas of supply chain, warehouse logistics or e-commerce / online retail is a plus
