We’re looking for a Windows / UNIX / Network support associate to join the team. Does this sound like a good role for you?

In this role you will support the local Team located in Berlin, Germany, including extended support for other offices in EMEA. In addition to local end user support, there will be focus on remote data center and engineering support pertaining to Windows and Linux infrastructure, as well as DevOps support or network troubleshooting to ensure the success of our customers.

Majority of our mixed environment is based on Linux driven machines.

Key Qualifications

• Network troubleshooting knowledge
• Familiarity with Apache, Jenkins, MySQL, PostgreSQL, LDAP
• Programming skills in Shell scripting, Perl, Python
• Virtualization (VMware, XEN, Docker) is a plus
• Network based storage (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI) is a plus
