We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to strengthen the security posture and resilience of our client's information systems. The selected candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions to ensure secure and compliant access to IT resources.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement IAM processes, including identity governance, access management, and authentication systems.
Establish policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
Integrate IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including cloud services, on-premises systems, and third-party applications.
Manage user access and permissions across various systems, ensuring alignment with security policies.
Implement monitoring mechanisms to detect identity-related security events and improve incident response.
Monitor IAM systems for availability, performance, and compliance-related issues.
Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless IAM operations.
Provide weekly reports on key topics, progress, identified risks, and potential roadblocks.

Profile :

At least 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Lifecycle Management operations and controls.

Hands-on experience with Entra ID and Varonis .

Proficiency in IAM tools and scripting for automation .

Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to write clear documentation, procedures, and user guides.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related challenges.
