TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN CORPORATE STRATEGY DEPARTMENT (M/F/X)

DHL Group’s Corporate Strategy department, located in Bonn, is responsible for all major strategic initiatives and projects within the Group, incl. driving Strategy 2030 as well as organic and inorganic growth projects. We are focused on Group-wide strategic projects that typically center around divisional and Group growth topics and involve more than one division. In general, projects are characterized by the high level of top management involvement, the international context and worldwide relevance.

Your tasks

• Conduct comprehensive sector/market analyses, provide fact-based assessments and outline key findings with proposed actions
• Drive group-wide growth initiatives and engage with multilevel DHL Group stakeholders
• Develop workshop concepts and support strategic discussions

Your profile

• Minimum Master Graduation in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, Law, Economy, International Business Econometric, Finance or International Politics before October 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Consulting, Corporate Development/Strategy or ESG topics; minimum 3 months international experience
• Fluent English skills; German skills are nice to have
• Very good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Open-minded and a good team player
• Excellent communication skills and proactive working style
