A Snapshot of Your Day

In your role as Team Assistant you will act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders and score points with being confident, friendly and communicate clearly.

You have the opportunity to support the organization's management team in diverse and exciting tasks as well as show your organizational talent for events and meetings.

During your daily tasks you will impress with your perfect deadline management.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Responsibility for planning and preparation of team events and meetings
• Support in creation of presentations and reports
• Assist the sales team in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and travel expenses reports, etc.

What You Bring

• Confident use of MS Office applications, especially MS Outlook, Power Point
• Several years of professional experience as an assistant in the back office or in another comparable position
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to set priorities, plan efficiently and ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Fluent English and good German
