Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven MedTech company that’s transforming medical imaging across the EMEA region! Their cutting-edge, cloud-based MRI reconstruction software helps hospitals and radiology centers enhance image quality, reduce scan times, and improve patient outcomes.

The role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager / Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that healthcare providers seamlessly adopt and integrate our client's AI-powered MRI solution. From configuring installations and managing integrations with MRI systems and PACS to troubleshooting connectivity issues, you’ll ensure smooth deployment and help clients unlock the full potential of their technology. Your mix of technical expertise and customer-first mindset will drive success from initial setup to ongoing support.

Tasks & Responsibilities

On site at new clients (50%) :

  • Deploy and configure the AI-powered MRI software on virtual machines and gateway PCs;
  • Establish secure connections with MRI systems and PACS, managing DICOM and network configurations;
  • Troubleshoot TCP / IP and DICOM networking for smooth data exchange;
  • Ensure cloud-based operations run securely and reliably for healthcare providers.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting (50%)

  • Be the go-to technical expert for hospitals and radiology centers, resolving integration and connectivity issues;
  • Provide hands-on PACS support and MRI-specific troubleshooting;
  • Create clear documentation and guides to help clients self-support;
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients maximize the software’s value.
  • Your profile

    Must-Have :

    NB : PLEASE ONLY APPLY WHEN YOU POSSES ALL OF THESE SKILLS

  • Over two years in a technical or application support role (preferably in healthcare IT);
  • Experience with TCP / IP networking and DICOM protocols;
  • Familiarity with MRI systems, PACS (this is a must), and medical imaging software ;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users;
  • Fluent in English, with conversational German;
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset;
  • Willing to travel across EMEA (mostly DACH at the moment).
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience implementing radiology software in clinical settings;
  • Linux proficiency;
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Italian).
