Accounting Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We want you to:

Execute daily accounting tasks:

• Booking of manual accounts receivables and payable invoices in SAP or internal software
• Reviewing data from bank statements
• Processing employees' business trips and monthly expenses in internal software
• Review of the accounting relevant sub-system
• Filing paper documents and archive administration

Support with monthly/quarterly/annual accounts closing:

• Closing and adjustment & accruals booking
• Support of quarterly financial reporting to Korea according to IFRS GAAP
• Support of yearly local audit according to German GAAP
• Support of monthly Intercompany reconciliation process
• Regular AR & AP control and reconciliation

Support the accounting process:

• Support and guidance for system users from other teams
• Workflow supervision and follow-ups

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• SAP knowledge
• Strong attention to details and accuracy in dealing with numbers
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
• Flexible, open-minded team player with an ability to work independently
• Good command of English, and German knowledge will be a plus
