As part of the Technical Support Team you will provide first-level support for dental practices using our digital health software platform.
Team: 3 support colleagues
Reports to: Management (flat hierarchy)
Vacancies: 3 openings growth phase
Provide first-line support via phone & ticketing system
Troubleshoot software & hardware components (TI eGK readers connectors)
Document support cases accurately in CRM
Ensure customer satisfaction & high resolution rates
Collaborate with technical & product teams
Contribute ideas to improve product & support processes
German C1 (spoken & written)
Completed IT training or technical degree
24 years experience in IT support or similar role
Strong communication & documentation skills
Below C1 German
