JOB OPENING Title : Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Administrative Services Location : USAG Wiesbaden, Germany Start Date : 1 June 2025 Job-Type : Full Time Job Overview An Administrative Assistant is required to support the Army Community Services (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) for the USAG Wiesbaden community.
The Family Advocacy Program is one of several social service programs within ACS.
The program helps to facilitate adaptation, educational, and informational awareness in support of service members, family members, and the Department of Army Civilians (DA).
Qualifications Fluent in English.
Exhibit the ability to communicate in English 1-year experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.) Experience managing files.
More than a year of experience managing files in an Army setting is highly desired. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) : Administrative support.
Prepare and manage reports and correspondence. Telephone services.
Database management : Use Excel to compile all FAP information into one data source Library management : Develop and continualy update a library of references for use by FAP personnel.
Recordkeeping and filing to maintain records, forms, files, and documents.
Ongoing documentation management.
Schedule FAP classes and update existing materials; provide admin support to FAP instructors during classes.
Document all necessary data in the ACS Client Tracking System.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
Assisting FAP customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Perform material inventory and quality control.
