Job Responsibilities
- Coordination of appointments for the SVP
- Professional travel planning including visa procurement and travel expense accounting
- Creating, updating & formatting PowerPoint presentations and other documents according to specifications
- Organization of internal and external meetings, teleconferences, video conferences, and workshops
- Processing of order transactions (creation of purchase requisitions, goods receipt posting, and payment tracking)
Completion of Administrative Tasks in Drug Approval :
Organization of administrative documents (e.g., ordering Certificates of a Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), notarized and legalized documents)Coordination of translation work, including some smaller translations based on templates, text comparisons, and revisionsChecking the copyright for literature referencesDocument creation and maintenance in a document management systemMaintaining and querying approval-relevant data in a database, coordinating queries with global colleaguesYour Profile
Completed commercial training / apprenticeship and at least 2 years of work experience in an office admin / assistant positionExperience in an intercultural working environment, ideally within a multinational matrix-driven organizationFluency in German and English (both written & spoken)Very good knowledge of standard MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of ExcelKnown for organizational strength and ability to work in a teamReliable and able to meet tight deadlinesHigh affinity for IT and working with databasesJ-18808-Ljbffr
