Corporate Lawyer - Join a New-Generation Boutique Firm

Our client is a newly established boutique law firm in Luxembourg, founded by former partners of a leading international firm. This is a unique opportunity to join a structure at an early stage, work directly with the Managing / Founding Partner, and actively contribute to the firm's growth and positioning in the market.

Responsibilities :

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including :

Advising clients on private equity and M&A transactions

Structuring, incorporation and restructuring of Luxembourg entities (SOPARFI, holdings, etc.)

Drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documentation

Handling day-to-day corporate governance matters

Coordinating with international counsel and service providers on cross-border transactions

You will work in close proximity to the Partner, gaining immediate exposure to strategic discussions, client interactions and high-level decision-making.

Profile :

2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate / M&A within a reputable Luxembourg law firm

Strong technical background and drafting skills

Experience in cross-border environments

Fluent in English (French is considered an asset)

Autonomous, proactive and eager to take ownership

Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to a growing structure
