Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the facility's equipment, machinery, and facilities.
You will contribute to the company's productivity, safety, and competitiveness in the global automotive parts industry.
In your first few weeks in this Maintenance Manager role, you can expect to :
Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and optimising spending to meet maintenance requirements and objectives.
Develop maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in a timely and organised manner.
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components for maintenance and repairs.
Develop and implement safety protocols, procedures, and training programs to promote a safeworking environment for maintenance personnel and other plant employees
To apply for this Maintenance Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include :
Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in an Automotive Plant
Degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar field
Knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding,Robots and general plant installations.
