About the role
Are you keen on enhancing user experiences and developing web content? We are seeking a Digital & Website Project Manager to manage and sustain our client's online presence. In this role, you will oversee the effective implementation of digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Ad Tech team, as well as the continuous management of a diverse portfolio of multilingual websites. You will lead projects from the initial client request through to completion, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and production objectives are achieved.
Your tasks : Project Management :
- Oversee project coordination, manage schedules, monitor project progress, and provide comprehensive reports on outcomes
- Take responsibility to complete high-quality projects within the established timelines and budget constraints
- Ensure that the requirements of clients are addressed throughout the project's development
- Maintain adherence to existing processes and procedures related to scheduling, task management, and documentation
- Following up on action items and ensuring they are completed
Website Management :
Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring user-friendliness and brand alignment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and engaging website content.Implement and refine SEO and CRO strategies to boost organic growth, search engine rankings, and user engagement.Coordinate website campaigns and content initiatives with marketing teams and clients.Monitor website performance and ensure accountability and accessibility across devices, while following up on action items.Your profile :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management and website management or similar positions.Familiarity with web information architecture, user experience, analytics, and testing is crucial.Experience with AEM website management, including components and content fragments. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in the development, staging, and production phases within CMS environments.Excellent written English language skills, and strong written and verbal communication skillsContent Publishing & Web Strategy : Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Components and Content Fragments.Analytical Tools Expertise : Proficient in Adobe Analytics, GA4, and DCX tools like Contentsquare.SXO Knowledge : Proven track record in digital marketing strategy, enhancing website performance, SEO rankings, and conversion rates.Digital Media Campaigns : Knowledgeable in digital marketing processes, workflows, channels, and terminology.Collaborative Mindset : Strong communication skills for effective collaboration on web development, design, and content strategies.Industry Awareness : Up-to-date with trends in the automobile industry to boost website user engagement.Detail-Oriented : Ensures high-quality standards for all published content.Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent at independently resolving issues.Multitasking Skills : Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.Task Prioritization : Adapts quickly to changes in environment and project priorities.Our benefits :
