Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a crossfunctional team that builds digital solutions implements new business models and drives strategic digital programs. We apply customercentric methodologies and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.

Join us as an Intern to shape and contribute towards the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS . Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager.

Your Role

Support multiple strategic programs and central initiatives to ensure that their delivery is on time within scope and within budget

Organize prepare for and participate in crossdepartmental meetings to steer programs

Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager including scheduling meetings managing calendars and handling correspondence

Support our annual crossZEISS Digital Roadmapping process to identify digital synergies across different business units at ZEISS and contribute to presentations

Help to develop and maintain program management documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments

Your Profile

Currently enrolled and successfully completed at least 2 years of study preferably in business natural sciences informatics or (business) engineering with good university grades

Available for 6 months starting as soon as possible

Initial experience (e.g. via internships) in the corporate world tech industry or management consulting preferred

A passion for digital technologies innovation transformation and a keen interest in our diverse products and markets

Experience in managing and steering work packages

Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Proactive with a goal and outputoriented approach and a can do attitude
