Business Intelligence Analyst People Data Products

The role

At HelloFresh data drives every decision we make - and the People Domain is no exception. As part of the central data department our team aims to build a portfolio of global data products that empower business leaders to nurture & develop talent and drive operational efficiency.

The main purpose of this role is to support the development of metrics dashboards and analyses across key areas of the HR value chain including workforce planning talent acquisition development engagement and retention.

In this role you will collaborate closely with the People team and other stakeholders to understand their data needs support data-driven decision-making and delivery of effective people-focused solutions. Youll join a dynamic team of analysts data engineers and product managers leveraging a robust technological foundation and adopting the data departments tools and best practices.

What youll do

• Collaborate with product managers to gather and refine business requirements driving the creation of impactful analyses reports and dashboards.
• Investigate and document how people-related business processes are reflected within our data landscape.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop a performant and flexible analytical consumption layer that enables our data products and accurately reflects business logic.
• Design and deliver user-friendly insightful dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
• Provide reports and generate actionable insights to support stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
• Guide People teams in local markets to adopt centrally developed data assets metrics and dashboards effectively.

What youll bring

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or MINT/STEM fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in business analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with databases and data warehouses.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard development in Tableau.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
