Manpower is recruiting a Data & Process Analyst – Risk Management Repository for one of its institutional clients operating in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
Your missions :
- Support the definition, planning and implementation of updates to the BBP Self-Assessment Repository to ensure alignment with the Bank-wide repository and enable data extraction in reporting formats
- Analyse the current repository structure and propose solutions for data import, reconciliation and alignment with the central repository
- Design solutions allowing efficient extraction of data for reporting purposes
- Streamline and clean existing repository data in line with central repository standards and requirements
- Implement approved solutions, including reviewing and improving processes for entering new data into the repository
- Propose updates to procedures following implemented system and process changes
- Ensure consistency of naming conventions between repositories and verify alignment of regulatory references
- Validate that entries referring to identical regulatory texts are consistently identified and structured
- Verify and correct identification references and assign additional identifiers when necessary to facilitate document correlation
- Identify obsolete or irrelevant fields and propose improvements to repository structure
- Classify and label documents according to status (historical, consolidated, active versions, etc.)
- Detect inconsistencies in repository data and implement corrections while maintaining audit trail copies
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve repository usability, reliability and reporting capabilities
Your profile :
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, Information Management or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in data management, business process analysis or documentation activitiesExperience or exposure to Best Banking Practices frameworks is considered an advantageKnowledge of credit risk or financial risk management is an assetStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skillsAbility to analyse complex datasets and systems and translate findings into practical solutionsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent command of English and / or French with a good command of the other; knowledge of additional EU languages is considered an advantageAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environmentPlease note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of one year.
