Tasks

• Planning, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructures (networks, servers, clients)
• Installation and administration of hardware and software components
• Support of internal IT systems and networks and their continuous optimization
• Technical support for our customers, error analysis and troubleshooting (remote and on-site)
• Documentation of IT processes and structures
• Maintenance of POS systems - you ensure that our customers' POS systems are working properly
