Global Operations and Segment Controller (m / f / d)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Global Operations’ controlling for BU Catalysts, engaging as a Business Partner to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain.
• Lead and manage the controlling for a Segment of BU CA, engaging as a Business Partner to the Segment Head & co-owning the financial performance.
• Play an active role in the global BU Controlling team.
• Manage complex projects with stakeholders from various functions.
• Enhance relevant tools and reports in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and ensure consistent roll-out / use of standard processes across BU.
• Build on corporate / regional / local Finance organizations to maximize controlling efficiency for area of responsibility as well as ensuring abidance by all relevant standards.
