We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal support on environmental, commercial, corporate, and compliance matters. In this role, you will work closely with management and specialist departments to ensure legal compliance, draft contracts, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise management and departments on legal issues, including waste, emissions, data protection, energy, environmental, commercial, and corporate law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while maintaining communication with ministries and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s compliance management system and legal register.
- Support litigation and non-litigation proceedings, coordinating with external consultants and law firms.
