Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct client workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and develop detailed functional specifications
- Contribute to product backlog refinement and assist the product owner in strategic product roadmap development
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and the team architect to ensure precise implementation of requirements and conduct thorough business testing
- Serve as a subject matter expert in credit, providing critical support to the Sales team on specialist inquiries and requests, while continuously enhancing domain knowledge and offering valuable insights to colleagues
- Assume ownership and accountability for the functionality of the Avaloq Core Platform, which is utilized by all Avaloq clients in the credit sector globally
- Liaise effectively with teams responsible for technical frameworks and specific functional components to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- Participate in knowledge exchange and collaboration initiatives with business analysts across various countries to address market-specific requirements and work towards the development of standardized products
- Provide essential input for product documentation and conduct thorough reviews of artefacts created by technical writers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support existing clients by conducting in-depth analyses of reported incidents and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
University degree in economics / finance or completed bank apprenticeshipSubstantial professional experience in the banking industry, with a specific focus on creditExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clientsDemonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering, creation of functional specifications, and execution of business testsFluency in German is imperative, as our primary credit client base is situated in the German-speaking regions of EuropeUnwavering commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the credit domainIt would be a real bonus if you have
