Responsibilities

  • You advise our customers regarding the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • You analyze consult design and implement applications for defined HR business processes
  • You execute specified tasks in a project independently and take responsibility for the . If needed you investigate alternative solutions for a defined problem
  • You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into an existing process and system landscape for our customers
  • You are responsible for the management of a defined subproject and take care of projectrelated tasks (scheduling resource planning and budgeting for your subproject)
  • You develop and optimize interfaces

Profile

  • A degree in computer sciences information systems or business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Certification desirable
  • 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • 2 full implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 is a plus
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions Web technologies and business integration solutions
