StellenbeschreibungAt least 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in ISP or telecom. Proven success in selling and managing complex B2B solutions, including cloud services, connectivity, and cybersecurity. Good understanding of enterprise IT and networking, able to offer integrated solutions combining infrastructure, connectivity, and security. Experience working with senior executives (C-level) and building long-term client relationships. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and / or German is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. Additional certifications in cloud, networking, or security are a bonus. You are known to be ambitious, motivated with a team player mindset. You have a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset, with strong knowledge of the Luxembourg market. You have proven success in ICT business development. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You can work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines. You are a quick learner, able to understand and position new solutions efficiently. You have strong customer focus and commitment to delivering real value.

Your mission :
- Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and institutional clients through a proactive sales strategy.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to enhance visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Monitor the market to identify new opportunities and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted initiatives.
