Risk Program Manager - FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Risk Manager to join our team, supporting EU Surface Transportation. The Risk Manager will be responsible for managing multiple focus areas such as ensuring Risk mitigation across multiple business lines and taking lead in driving a risk culture via a well designed Training program. You will partner with various teams such as Operations, Tech, Legal and Public Policy to name a few. Key job responsibilities

• You will own the Risk training program for Surface Transportation, helping to install a risk aware culture
• You will partner with business teams to ensure risks are being mitigated both in the short and long term. You will own tracking and reporting these risk actions.
• You will take a big picture view of issues, partnering with global teams as needed.
• You will help to design controls to prevent recurrence of risks.
• You will be responsible to evaluate new and emerging risks, to understand their potential impact.
• You will earn trust through impactful relationships with key stakeholder groups.
