Head of Data Technologies (m / w / d)

Your tasks :

We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Engineer to take a central role in shaping and delivering our AI strategy. You will be responsible for defining our AI solution architecture, setting technical standards, leading projects and mentoring engineers. You will collaborate with internal domain experts and external partners to scale AI across our business and ensure high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Define and maintain our overall AI technology stack and architecture

Lead the design and implementation of multiple AI use cases in parallel

Set standards for AI development, MLOps, and deployment

Collaborate with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and refine AI opportunities

Guide and mentor other AI engineers and domain experts

Manage relationships and contracts with external AI partners and vendors

Ensure best practices in data management, model governance, and ethical AI

Stay on top of industry trends and evaluate new AI technologies for strategic fit
